Every tool on this site follows three principles: no registration required (you arrive, use the tool, and leave — no account, no email, no friction), privacy by design (your data never leaves your device — passwords are generated locally using the Web Crypto API, QR codes are rendered in your browser, text is processed on your machine), and no paywalls (every tool is free to use, with no limits, no premium tiers, and no hidden costs).
UtilityTools was created by WovenWeb Technical Solutions, a web development and technical services company based in Georgia, USA. Our team has over 20 years of experience in web development, software engineering, and systems automation. We built UtilityTools because we were tired of utility tool sites that treat users as data products. We use our own tools daily — for generating secure passwords, creating QR codes for business cards, counting words in documents, and converting text between cases. If a tool isn't good enough for us to use, it doesn't ship.
